WAZA Home Comfort

WAZA needed prospective customers to understand what an installation would involve before choosing the company.

We filmed the team explaining its process and working across active job sites. WAZA now sends the finished video to new inquiries so each customer can see what to expect.

Tell us what the video needs to do

Tell us who needs to see it, what they need to understand, who will be involved and whether you are working toward a deadline. We will help you plan the rest.

Questions, answered

How long does corporate video production take?

Most projects take 3–8 weeks. We'll agree on a timeline once we know what you need.

How do we prepare for filming?

Tell us what the video is for, who's involved and any brand guidelines we should follow. We'll help with the script or interview questions and plan the shoot with you.

What can our team expect on the filming day?

Usually a crew of 1–4 people with cameras and lighting. We'll walk you through the schedule beforehand and guide your team during filming.

What if our team is camera-shy?

You don't need to be a natural on camera. We'll guide you through the interview and help you explain things in your own words.

How do you handle feedback when several people are involved?

Before editing, we agree on who's reviewing and how to collect their notes. That helps us work through feedback without mixed directions.

What files and versions will we receive?

Your proposal sets out the videos and formats included. If you need captions or versions for different platforms, let us know during planning.

Do you film outside Toronto?

Yes. We film on location across the GTA, including Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and Stouffville. For locations further away, tell us where you're based.
